There's a couple different ways!

1. You can track the post itself so that you get a notif in your DW inbox every time someone comments on that post. Paid accounts can track specific subthreads as well, for a more focused set of notifs.

2. You can append ?view=flat&page=99 (or just really any highish number) to the end of the post's permalink. View=flat unthreads the comments and page=99 takes you to the final page of the unthreaded comments, which is a quick way of seeing what was posted most recently (without necessarily getting realtime notifs about every single comment). There are links on every comment to take you to the parent comment or the top of the thread, so it's not hard to return to the structured display once you've located the latest activity.
